The Most Ways to Order
You may place your order with us in a variety of convenient methods. We offer Telxon Order Entry (check out the UPC barcodes in the catalog), Electronic Order Transfer, Fax, and via our telephone Customer Service Representatives. Please talk with your sales representative to determine the best and most convenient order method for your store. When faxing or calling in an order, please have part numbers and quantities of the items you would like to order. Ordering by part number helps assure the accuracy of order entry. Our order minimum is only $350 (after discounts and stock outs). To insure on-time delivery of your order, please remember to place your order by 1:00 p.m. EST on your order day.
Monthly Specials
Each month, we mail our Monthly Specials Sale Flyer to our customers that purchase from us on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. This flyer has great savings on items in every department. The Monthly Specials Sale Flyer is also your chance to learn about new items and manufacturer announcements. If you're not on our mailing list, call your customer service representative at 1-800-999-1930 and we'll get the next issue over to you. Note: Monthly Specials are offered to accounts who purchase at least $1,000 per month. Account must be current to receive the discounts.
Fax Flashes and Email Bulletins
Our FAX Flashes and Email Bulletins are your opportunity to be the first to learn of deep discounts on hot items, offered exclusively to FAX Flash and Email Bulletin members. To get your fax number or email address on our distribution lists, call your customer service representative today.

From manufacturer blitzes to seasonal sales, we've always got great products on sale at deep discounts. We think it's our job to work with vendors to offer you the best prices on the products your customers are buying now. Ask your customer service representative what's hot this week.
Fall and Spring Trade Shows
Twice a year, we showcase your favorite vendors in our Trade Shows. Our 2007 Spring Trade Show will be held Sunday, March 4 at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center. Our Trade Shows are your opportunity to meet with our top vendors, see new items, and order at the deepest discounts of the season. Look for more information in our Monthly Specials or contact your customer service representative.
New Dealers & Store Expansion Services
We welcome new dealers and the opportunity to help our customers grow. If you are planning a new store or expanding your business, we can help you with store layout, merchandising, budgeting, advertising and planning assistance. We'll work with you on a custom inventory proposal geared to your product mix and budget. If you'll be opening a new store and would like to do business with us, we ask that you complete the application in our Loveland Pet Products Overview (see button below) and mail or fax it to us. This will tell us more about your business, establish you as an account and help us to meet your individual needs.
Wholesale Only
We are a wholesaler only. We sell to dealers maintaining regular business hours, a business telephone separate from their home telephone, a place of business that is zoned or certified for business use and a separate business checking account. And, because we are a wholesaler only, we are required to have your resale tax identification number before we can ship to you.
